We are confident that RedLife, a division of Jonathan Otto DBA Captivate Culture LLC, only produces products that are of the highest quality.
However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the product for a full refund minus the applicable shipping and handling costs. This includes used, partially used, and unopened items. This information is also stated on all of our website pages.
All Returns Must Be Made Within 60 Days Of The Shipping Date
In order for us to make this process as clear and smooth as possible, we ask that you provide us with the tracking number of your returned package. Once we receive your tracking number and it shows that it is in transit to us, we can then process your refund.
If a tracking number is not provided, then we will wait for it to be processed through our shipping warehouse. Once our warehouse has received and cleared your return package, we can then process your refund.
Also, if you file a dispute with your banking institution first, it will slow down the refund process as there are more steps and information that need to be provided in order to process the refund. So please contact us first.
Unfortunately, we do not provide a return shipping label or prepaid return labels if you choose to return your order. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us. We are not responsible for the item(s) if it gets lost in transit. You may use any shipping method that is most convenient for you. We strongly recommend using a carrier that provides a tracking number (such as UPS, DHL, Fed Ex or USPS) to ensure your Return/Exchange arrives safely back to us.

How Long Do Refunds Take?
Credit card refund typically takes 3 to 7 business days after processing to show up on your credit card/bank account. If you paid by PayPal, you should receive an email from PayPal within 24 hours to let you know you received a refund. We work hard to ensure) that your refunds get to you as quickly as possible!
