At RedLife, a division of Captivate Culture LLC, we stand behind our products with confidence. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return your RedLife device, whether used or unused, for a refund of the purchase price, less original shipping and handling costs.

Important Note: Immediate notification is essential once your order has been shipped. Because our facility is located in a multi-tenant building, immediate notification and tracking are required to ensure the package is correctly routed to us. We cannot process refunds for items lost in transit or delivered to the wrong suite without proof of delivery.
Processing Your Refund

Verification: Once our warehouse has received, inspected, and cleared your returned package, we will process your refund accordingly.

Bank Disputes: We strive to make this process easy. If you have an issue, please contact us directly first. Filing a formal dispute with your bank creates a lengthy administrative process that can delay your refund by several weeks. We are here to help and can usually resolve issues much faster than a banking institution.
How Long Do Refunds Take?
Credit card refunds typically take 3 to 7 business days after processing to show up on your credit card/bank account. If you paid by PayPal, you should receive an email from PayPal within 24 hours confirming your refund. We work hard to ensure your refunds reach you as quickly as possible!
